Before founding FSGenius, Dennis was the VP of Marketing for the Americas region of the Welbilt company. He enjoys being our primary liaison to the foodservice industry, and always working on the next big thing for FSG. When his not working he’s happy to catch a movie on Netflix with his wife and their golden retriever.
Brittany Omlor Customer Support Specialist
Brittany is the person who makes it all work for our customers! As our LMS administrator, she manages thousands of users, curates hundreds of courses, and provides both standard and custom activity reports to our customers. Brittany is the proud mom of three active children and is definitely in that “minivan” stage of life.Liz Hale Business Manager
Liz works mostly behind the scenes to keep the trains running on time. As a former bank manager, she has an amazing eye for details and believes in a good process for each recurring function. Liz maintains all our agreements and handles all back-office functions, and she does it all with great southern charm. Ben was previously in a senior leadership role Marmon Link, the aftersales division of Marmon Foodservice Technologies. Our customers benefit from Ben’s unique perspective as one whohas envisioned, created and executed comprehensive online factory training for foodservice technicians. Outside of work, Ben is a proud dad of two teenagers who excel in music and
theater.
Claire Upton Instructional Designer
As the lead instructional designer at FSGenius, Claire provides personalized support to each FSG customer, tailoring strategies and utilizing top training techniques to meet their unique business training needs. With a track record of developing effective training programs for various industries, both large and small, Claire brings a wealth of experience to the table. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, Claire finds great joy being a Mom and spending her free time hiking and swimming.
