Over my years there, I had the opportunity to do a number of different things and there was one period for a few years where I was responsible for the tech support function. This was mostly small call centers where people were taking inquiries from technicians and sometimes end users who had problems with equipment. While I was working with those guys on the phone, I observed that the service side of our industry was just a hot mess…"
