Our Story
As an executive at a world-leading foodservice equipment manufacturer, Dennis O’Toole was frustrated by the industry’s outdated training strategies. Reliance on in-person training led to wasted money and limited participation & frequency.
He saw the need for moving to digital training and envisioned a shared system that allows industry professionals to get their training and product information in a single location.
Based on early input from major FES companies, what started with a focus on training service technicians grew to include sales channel training.
After 2 years of research and development, FSGenius was launched in 2021. It is the only learning and libraries platform built specifically for the foodservice industry.
